Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Items must include original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Final sale items
Customized or personalized products
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at novaluxoriganalsshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
